A Romantic and Celtic handfasting at the foot of a castle in Scotland! The bouquet smelt as good as it looked, the flowers were so fresh and they all transported into a vase and gave us further delight after the celebrations were over. The Ranunculus were pillowed & silky and the granny’s bonnets so delicate!

Never thought I’d get the chance to make my mumma her dream wedding flowers. They reminded me of woodland fairies & wildflower meadows, with purple hues and soft lilacs, bound with the Forbes family tartan. A few flowers scooped from my family garden, and some extra special bits locally grown by @wyldeflorence
It was such a special day, spent outdoors celebrating on the side of Loch Goil at Carrick Castle in a Scottish elopement style, with a beautiful & personal handfasting service led by our good friend Becky from @thebotanicalcelebrant
